Status Page Setup
A public status page provides transparency for your users, displaying the current status of your websites and services in real-time.
Creating Your Status Page
- Navigate to the Status Pages section in your UptimeKeeper dashboard
- Click Create New Status Page
- Configure your status page:
- Title: Name your status page
- URL: Choose a custom subdomain (yourcompany.uptimekeeper.com)
- Logo: Upload your company logo
- Color Scheme: Customize colors to match your brand
- Select which services to display on the status page
- Click Save and Publish
Customizing Your Status Page
Enhance your status page with additional features:
- Component Groups: Organize services into logical groups
- Incident History: Display past incidents and resolution times
- Scheduled Maintenance: Announce planned downtime in advance
- Custom CSS: Apply advanced styling with your own CSS
Embedding Status Widgets
You can embed status indicators on your own website:
- Go to Status Pages > Your Status Page > Widgets
- Select the widget type (status badge, uptime chart, etc.)
- Copy the provided HTML code
- Paste the code into your website where you want the widget to appear
