Status Page Setup

A public status page provides transparency for your users, displaying the current status of your websites and services in real-time.

Creating Your Status Page

  1. Navigate to the Status Pages section in your UptimeKeeper dashboard
  2. Click Create New Status Page
  3. Configure your status page:
    • Title: Name your status page
    • URL: Choose a custom subdomain (yourcompany.uptimekeeper.com)
    • Logo: Upload your company logo
    • Color Scheme: Customize colors to match your brand
  4. Select which services to display on the status page
  5. Click Save and Publish

Customizing Your Status Page

Enhance your status page with additional features:

  1. Component Groups: Organize services into logical groups
  2. Incident History: Display past incidents and resolution times
  3. Scheduled Maintenance: Announce planned downtime in advance
  4. Custom CSS: Apply advanced styling with your own CSS

Embedding Status Widgets

You can embed status indicators on your own website:

  1. Go to Status Pages > Your Status Page > Widgets
  2. Select the widget type (status badge, uptime chart, etc.)
  3. Copy the provided HTML code
  4. Paste the code into your website where you want the widget to appear
